Apartaments: 52 appartments, distributed over 26 bungalows, four-star accomodation.

Transfer from Manaus to Tiwa: 09:00 Am / 12:30 Pm / 06:30 Pm
Transfer from Tiwa / Manaus: 08:30 Am / 11:30 Am / 05:30 Pm

Rooms: The appartment entrance, porch and bathrooms are completely independent. All appartments have international standard boxspring beds with mosquito-net, air conditioning, luxurious bathrooms with hot shower,spacious rooms, 2nd floor for a 3rd bed or two children, large balcony/outdoor veranda overseeing the lake. Apartments are built to hear natural sounds of the nature surrounding the resort.

General Facilities: Spacious, open central building with 24 hour reception desk, lounge, restaurant, bar. Second floor with private lunch/dinner lounge, TV room with satelite-TV, exposition area, convention rooms for up to 150 people. Separate souvenir/small convenience shop. Large anfitheatre for shows and presentations for up to 250 people.

Kitchen: Regional and international buffet, up to 100 people.
Hours: Breakfast 7:30 am - 9:30 am, Lunch 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm and Dinner 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

Water and electricity: Filtered fresh mineral water, from 100 meters deep dwells within resort. Generator powered 24 hours a day, 220 volts, regular maintenance hours.

Tiwa offers a large range of excursions in the Amazon: Meeting of the Waters, January swamp, Ecological Jungle Walks, Traditional Caboclo house, Crocodile spotting, Piranha fishing, rubber plantage, and more.
